Side note: I don't like the green color on the album cover and I think it (the cover art) could've been better in my opinion. Anyways...
1. Ring x Ring [Title Track]
2. Flipping a Coin
Girl crush vibes with the rap/talk-singing during the verse. I like their voices in pre-chorus...then more talk-singing. Lots of autotune lol. It was present in Ring x Ring too. Another instrumental break after the second chorus. I saw some people saying that Flipping a Coin should have been the title track. I'm not sure if I agree or not. Ring x Ring is more experimental and in your face whereas Flipping a Coin is a more typical fourth generation song (so RxR stands out more when there is at least one girl group debuting every month). Do I like Ring x Ring or Flipping a Coin more? It's difficult to say. I like the verses and post chorus of RxR more, but I like the chorus of Flipping a Coin more. If I had to put one on my playlist, I would probably pick RxR because I'm not a fan of talk-singing. 5/10
3. Flowerld (pre release ballad)
Gives me chills. Pretty voices and pretty strings. 6/10
4. The Eleventh Day
A bit swingy/jazzy. The vocals sound slightly choppy. It's not bad, but I find myself wanting to go to the next song. The bridge is good though. 5/10
5. Everybody's got a $ecret
This was my favorite in a highlight medley. R&B/hiphop vibes. The bells in the background of the chorus are slightly creepy. That high note/vocalizing was nice. 8/10
6. The Rumor
Call and response. Prominent percussion. I wonder what the lyrics are. The song has a little bit of Red Velvet vibes (Hit That Drum). 7/10
