From20 (Raehwan, ex-Bigstar/Brave Entertainment) released an EP/Album!!! He's quickly become one of my favorite Korean soloists.
Don't want to say too much because I don't want to spoil a lot (and I just want to say From20 is criminally underrated).
Anyways...
James Dean (Title Track): Funky bassline. Not my favorite From20 title track, but still
Lullaby-Synth/percussion instrumental. Soothing. Feels a bit nostalgic.
Say Something: This song sounds sad/nostalgic, but it's so soothing. My favorite new song from the album.
20: I think that there might be something wrong with the mixing (?) during the chorus-it seems a bit muffled. A lot more upbeat than Say Something. The guitar is so nice (as well as his voice)
Overall Rating: 9/10
I can't explain why I love it but I do so go check it out (also But It'll Be Faster...is one of my favorite songs of 2021).
