Hello, I am TheMusicHuntress.
I am a woman in her early/mid 20s living in the United States.
I grew up listening to pop music on the radio throughout the 00's.
At the end of 2010, I discovered Pandora radio. Pandora gave me access to hundreds of songs.
During the early '10s (2010-2012), I listened to a lot of neon pop punk (think Boys Like Girls, All Time Low, Paramore, The Maine, We are in the Crowd, etc.), electronic (Owl City, Lights, etc.), post hardcore (Her Bright Skies, Memphis May Fire, I See Stars, etc.).
I discovered Eurovision (believe it was Eric Saade) and Kpop (most likely Energetic by BoA) in 2012 while searching for new music on Youtube. However, I did not get really into Eurovision (national finals) until 2015 and Kpop until spring 2016 (I got "back" into Kpop after I listened to Save Me by BTS because I was really into that sound at the time)
I got into Korean R&B and R&B (but not your parent's R&B) around 2017 (Banks, Ariana Grande, Chase Atlantic, Saay, etc.). I also got into EDM around 2017 (or you can it is an extension of electronic music).
